1. Introduction

Welcome to Codered Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services

Codered Technology Solutions provides digital transformation services including but not limited to E-Commerce & Mobile Development, API & Software Integration, Project Management & Implementation, and AI-based systems & automation. The specifics of each service engagement will be detailed in separate service agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all intellectual property rights for the standard tools, methodologies, and pre-existing materials used to deliver our services remain the property of Codered Technology Solutions. Custom deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client upon full payment, subject to the terms of the specific service agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party during the course of our business relationship.

5. Limitation of Liability

Codered Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
